For My Brother Is No More Poem by Stanley Siyanga

For My Brother Is No More

Let the moon be clothed in sorrow and pain, for my dear brother is no more.

Let the birds find no rest in the night's shadows, let them ham a song of sorrow for happiness has evaporated from the leaves of my mothers heart.

Let the sun dance to the rhythm of serenity no more, let the grass wither, and the edges of the rose bow in shame for my dear brother is no more,

let my troubled heart forever wonder the edges of the cosmos, let my intellect transcend boundaries of genius, so that one day I may accrue mortality's cure.

Let the talented architect bridge the gap between the dead and the living, so that i may again bathe in the presence of the recluse

let the angels fiend and malevolent guides of the after life drawn in the river of nonthingnes beyond the island of nemesis, for I shall wage war against the masters of Gehena itself…..Oh dear brother how I miss you with every fibre of my sanity..To you my brother
