I was floating along
With you by my side
Nothing else seemed to matter
Everything seemed right
Then a storm started to brew
Lightning struck
Thunder sounded
It was me forcing me to choose
And I realized we were going down
All to soon.
We started to sink
But I wanted both
I couldn't think
I didn't know what I wanted most
But a choice was made for me
And I can still remember the day
The ocean sucked us in
And ended a love passionate as sin.
I still visit your watery grave
But I do so less and less
Because I remember
When I washed up on shore that day
I realized the decision made for me
Was for the best

Lightning struck Thunder sounded It was me forcing me to choose And I realized we were going down All to soon. We started to sink But I wanted both I couldn't think I didn't know what I wanted most That's my favorite part. Forced to choose. Realizing it has to end. You've captured the emotion well. Love it cuz I lived it.
