I pray for every tear that falls from your eye,
an angel will stand by.

That when storms of your mind stir in your heart,
your strength will not part.

In those nights when your soul is in darkness’s claw,
you’ll see beauty and flaw.

I hope that good will follow you everywhere you walk
and good fortune will to you flock.

But if evil over takes you and bad fortune comes
I’m you friend no matter the sums.

If your strength fails, drowning in life’s ever stirring storm,
we’ll swim a new form.

If angels abandon you and tears fall freely,
I’ll cry too sincerely.

If you do hurt me in anything you do.
I’ll wish best for you.

I’m your friend for the good and in the bad.
by your side I stand
