For The Serene Girl At The Azotea (Tribute To Emcee) Poem by Arnie Villanueva

For The Serene Girl At The Azotea (Tribute To Emcee)

A calm face with an obvious sigh,
A perfect figure covered with avanico fan.
With eyes so bright hat shines in the sky,
Is a vision of her longing for his man.

Sorrowful pearls fell from her sight,
No word can explain her desire.
She needs comfort in this lonely night,
To drown herself at the scorching fire.

Wishing the stars to become so nigh,
Together with the moonlight to shine upon.
To fulfill her dream which is so high,
To wait for her love, her only one.

To her breast she keep a single letter,
From their childhood days spent at the river.
Hoping just once they will be bind together,
To a love that is eternal and burns forever...
