When ever I am with you
There’s so much I want to say
But it seems my words
Get lost along the way

The things I want to say to you
Are simple but they’re true
If love lives inside anyone
It surely lives inside of you

You can take a summer day
Then make it seem twice as nice
Love is not expensive
But I know you’ve paid the price

So now the time has come
For both of us to be
Moving on to someplace new
It’s time we both were free

Don’t think of this as a goodbye
Don’t think we’ve reached the end
What we shared not long ago
Are forever memories my friend
