I promised you my moon
You promised me nothing
I promised you my sky
You told me not to share
I said I missed you
You said you missed me too
But later did I know
It was just a lie
I always covered up your mistakes
I always apologized for your threats
When you were gone
It hurt so much
But it didn't hurt when I was gone
You just missed her
Your ex
I always felt you near me
Even when you were far away
It wasn't supposed to feel that way
I wanted to ask you
Before you leave me
With a broken heart
