Forgiveness
Forgiveness is telling someone that you are sorry for what you did or what you said. it 's also about loving that person and caring for them even though they may have made you mad in the past.
Since you have realized your mistake and feel apologetic to him now, I hope the person concerned will embrace you with forgiveness and you two will be in peace from here onward. Life has its own ups and downs and we should give time a chance to amend things. Mistakes will be there, atonement will also be there.
