Frame Poem by Elen Ghulijanyan

Frame

They see your beauty
Not your pain
Not even struggles or regrets.
Look at my tears, a whole lake
There's nothing left for you to take
But I would give all that is left
And even organize a theft
To see what's hiding in your depth
And how hard you're gonna break
My heart, my soul and this frame
That stops me from falling into hell.
