Free Expression - Poem by Sensuelle Briden
One year ago there was a time
I couldn't dance; my perfect rhyme
Of all the moves had been just blocked.
I knew it was nobody’s fault.
It was like that because of years
Of my ignoring my own means
And all my senses; tried to find
All answers in the world outside.
But once I heard this inner voice;
I’ve realized I had a choice,
I’ve made up my mind; I dived in fears
So I could find all answers here –
Where blood is pumping in my veins.
Where mind is free of fearful games;
Where heart is beating in the chest;
Where life is a holiday; a fest.
I found out how it works –
How all my blocks have been just locked
In all the different body’s parts.
When I got free, I’ve got my art!
The one which is so bright and smooth.
I paint lines with every move!
