Freedom Poem by Ashvini Swamy

Freedom

Compelled by this urge half-known

I traipsed across a city unknow

To converse with you loquaciously

But bound by the taboos of society

Silence was forced upon me

It was then I realised that we are not truly free

Soon oh! soon this unnamed shall grow

And shatter this bitter morality!
