Freedom Poem by Mae Witt

Freedom

Freedom

There at the door of deaths dreamland of Kingdom
Often many have fought for their rights for freedom
Quite often their eyes may have been filled with no tears
Those young soldiers of so long ago and now show no fears
Those for they may never fear of their enemies affliction.

Their eyes are filled with hopes of dedication and decision
Many young soldier's eyes are filled with much hope no less
For in, all their glory may they stay away from death's duress
These soldiers hold their head up with humble appreciation
And stand their ground to shelter us all with great admiration.
