There came the other day to town
Most angry men of heavy frown
With words too far beyond profane
And metal bows that fired flame
I will not do as others did
I will not hide as others hid
I will not flee as others fled
I care not if they want me dead
I care not for which I may lose
The fear of loss I'd never choose
No matter how they beat me down
I'll never bow to foreign crown
When morning comes and darkness clears
I know not if I'll still be here
I care not in which realm I'll be
I only know, I'll be there free
