Friend Or Foe-A Mental Illness You Don't Know Poem by Gio Masserati

Friend Or Foe-A Mental Illness You Don't Know

Friend or foe?
It's yours to see
On page that has to end
He claims to be a follower
But not acting as a friend
To threaten life so publicly
Seems extreme in all stolen glory
Befall,
I write these words to document
And warn you leave this story
For maybe you forgot your meds
You need to seek professional help

And Please Stop Ignoring

Note,
Everyone is connected somehow to a person or persons that may be struggling with mental illness, we are not equipped always with the best way to love and help the loved one or person that needs help.
The best way, I know from experience, to help those that suffer from
Ilnesses is to acknowledge the person, with love, confront the bizarre behavior, help to adminisrate meds, and encourage people to get proper sleep and seek professional help. They can talk about it with family or friends or call a hotline for help. Also, Feed your mind with scripture and positive healing thoughts.
