Full circle, I'd say
Stark messages resonate
With what's going on in our world
Anti-Semitism, the KKK and hate

I pulled this movie out
Fried Green Tomatoes
Just the other day
Then later on in news
I saw disgusting racism
Of acting out displayed

Coincidence?
I don't believe so
Was a wake up call
To action
That shook the core
To rise
Be on alert!
There is nothing subtle
About this
They're wearing the tell
No disquise

So if you find
You're willing
To stand up and be bold
Be vigilant
Know you're loved

You are not alone!
Fry those green tomatoes
Throw them like they're gold
Time has proven costly
Isolation steals clocked hands
Face the issues head-on
Live to understand

Together we are stronger
United we may stand
Against the ongoing mistreatment
Of human lives at hand
Be the solution and answer
Add your voice to fight
Injustice and equality
