Friends And Hope Poem by Judy Meibach

I feel alone and confused
looking for meaning and
maybe a muse.

I seek out the sources
from poets and authors
putting my thoughts onto paper
so that they are arranged
neatly and systematically.

Ironically,
I have found a camraderie
through those
I have encountered
and from those that have preceded me.

I become motivated
to move forward
to focus on the positive
to look inward for my inspiration
finding a new friend.

I am no longer so alone and confused.
