From The Circus Gallery I Hearing The Sad And Solemn Music Of Humanity

From the circus gallery
Sitting on the benches,
I hearing,
Hearing the sad and solemn music,
Music of humanity
The orchestra music going on
From the top other side stage
Standing face to face the other side gallery
And the circus artistes playing
With tigers, lions, foxes,
Camels, elephants, horses
Showing acrobatic skills,
Vaults and swings into the hanging nets,
Going for a horse-ride,
Mounting the elephants,
The joker on the ass,
The motorist in the cage biking,
Shaking it with speed and daredevilry
In a changing world of time and spectacle.
