Gbez Poem by Raimi Babatunde

Gbez

If he takes you to an hotel
Like a cheap prostitute
And deny you a sleep over
Or take you a friends'
Forget it, he is married

If he drives a family car
Avoid your calls at night
If his generator makes "Futufutu"
Instead of "kpaka kpakaka"
Sistos, "Jappaa", he is married

Some don't wear rings
They give you confirm "lamber"
My wife lives abroad with kids
The callous says, "My wife don die"
Fear them, "gbez"

I'm sorry, I don't do single guys
The older the berry, the better
They'll confess they are married
This is advanced investigations technique
Run! Before they steal your destiny

A single sweet Lady
Dating and faithful to a married man
This is the highest level of foolishness
You need complete brain reset
What you sow, may you reap
Can I have an amen!
