Genocide Poem by Aisha Razem

Genocide

Rating: 2.9

Into the chest of this Palestinian child
Our blood start blooming in to his veins
Full of REGRET
Shedding our cries all over the dried fruits
All over the vegetables
All over his milk mixed with blood
Exactly like the Israeli PEOPLE flood
Their hatred to every innocent hued
And melted their hate to his soil
Turned the bread to red mud! !
Turned every bud
in the Palestinian houses
To a burning hut! ! !
Spilling the cups of the sugared tea
To a bitter glasses of What? ? ? ........!
Turning the child’s sweets
Hard to get reached by the palms
In such burns
In such sorrow
In such harms
**********
Shedding our tears also
On his water
Being dry to get reached
By his burnt lips
The Lips of us that couldn’t even speak out
The truth to stop the genocide
Except the deep wounds in his tender bones
Prays for God to hear his MOANS! ! ! ! ! !
We fly
Only one CRY
Imitate his unburnable pain
While our sky thunders Shut the RAIN
And leave us without any GAIN
*****
Today
Let’s stand on this Gazza’s children’s gate
And feel the weight of sorrow
Only To imitate
Only imitate
And see
How much could we bare
And how much should we wait? ? ? ?

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
