Get Up, Get Out There Poem by Michael P. Johnson

Get Up, Get Out There

Rating: 5.0

Through ignorance, minds can wander
From innocence, astray
Where satanic snares we ponder
Can lead to hell one day

Who allow Satan's intrusion
Darkness swift may abide
Confusion can cause collusion
With devil hordes inside

With actions cunningly subtle
Sin draws nigh souls naive
Without even a slight rebuttal
Undisciplined hearts receive

Since Adams' day, so it had been
With hell's plot nigh complete
Till Jesus came to intervene
The devil to defeat!

This said, this done, all eyes to see
Ears willing to heed
Reading God's Word, souls will agree
To harvest Heaven's Seed

Yet vast ignorance multiplies
Denying Christ, who'll save
Holding fast still demonic lies
Within one's self made grave

For every soul, Christ choose to die
Even lost, foolish as these
Not knowing how, wherefore or why
Sinners, should bend their knees

Most to herself, Christ church is speaking
Leased ninety nine percent
Instead on streets, lost sheep seeking
Life's evil to repent.....

Yes you are absolutely true. In ignorance life wanders and dies not get destination. Christ is ultimate truth and all should submit in God through Christ to get light in life. Excellent and pleasant poem shared. Nice....10
