Get Well Poem by Kevin L. Parks

Get Well

Rating: 4.5

After hearing you ill
Our emotions did fill
From your arduous hill
With its ominous will
Remember God's pill
Won't let you sit still
So be like a mill
In the center of vil.
Keep climbing you must
In God with your trust
And not just for us
But for him who is just
You know we will pray
With the dawn of each day
For God's glorious ray
To help comfort your stay
And God's holy touch
To loosen this clutch
Which has gripped you so much
And wrapped you as such
We'll ask God for grace
To shine on your face
And take off this brace
That is stopping your race
We'll ask God to heal
As we bend down and kneel
For our God is real
And will change your ordeal
