Getting Over

I think I'm finally getting over,
Without getting over ON.
I doubt my war's ever been closer
To finally being won.
The fog in my faux crystal ball
Is finally clearing out-
It seems like after my last fall
I'm realizing what it's all about;
It's not the games or the hurt,
Or the fear or the lies.
It's not how bad things were at first,
Or the gray that was in the sky.
It is what it is for now,
It's up to me how good I make it.
I've got my chance to clear the clouds...
All I've got to do is take it.
