Getting Revived Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Getting Revived

If, this body is the temple
Temple of the living God
Let's maintain and keep-
Keeping it neat and clean.

Improving to widen and doing up
Beautifying to adorn and rejoice
Welcoming the presence of soul
Captivated inside the inner core.

It isn't the way, we're used to live
Let it be lived, the way it's to be-
Time's short distance awfully long
Needs walking, so quick, so fast!

An attention-
With or without
Catching the magic
All in good humour
In local media rumour
With a friendly gesture
Musical gift's the first take
While crossing across the lake
Losing there both love and youth!

So confusing was the scene
Always partners in life and living
When united both rhyme and rhythm
Sole music of soul-bond getting revived.
