Ghostly Friend Poem by Lena Soul

Ghostly Friend

Rating: 5.0

I never thought I would see the day of when you cry.
Your emotions pouring out, and every lie you told.
Perishing to the end, twisting to it's death.
Releasing all hope; Giving it to eternity.
What's worse is that I care, but yet I'm standing here.
Unable to move, frozen to fear, what should I do?
Do you want me to save you?
If I don't I will regret, but if I do you will regret.
Surges of thoughts run through my brain.
What will prevail?
Are you taking a knife or a gun to your head?
Were the drugs on the floor your way of ease?
Is that blood on your knife mine or yours,
Did you take a last breath before you pulled the trigger?
You're getting paler, weaker
You've fallen
and now..
You're gone..
