Without our true love
We feel empty and alone
Wandering through life
Searching and aching

You feel us around you
Sometimes just in a breeze
You feel us in a song
Or an object of memory

Things we said to each other
Our personal love sayings
We find ourselves speaking
With no one to listen

We long to be with you
To feel your touch and kiss
We want you to see us
To know how much we care

When the time comes
For all this to end
We will be waiting for you
