Girl Next Door Poem by Just Dave

Girl Next Door

Rating: 5.0

Three times I came
When you needed me,
And I would come a fourth
Reach out to me again, my friend
And discover what I'm worth.

A bientôt, mais pas adieu.

I nearly lost myself within your eyes
Imagining it true,
The promises inherent
In seven shades of blue.

Our paths will cross again...

Will I see you at my door?

Goodbye for now, but not farewell,

Girl Next Door.

Impressive work... fluxive structural movement throughout.Succinct, yet quite compendious and substanceful.~FjR~
