Glimmering Stars I See (Sonnet #134) Poem by Tina Baaklini

Glimmering Stars I See (Sonnet #134)

I know me not, but you do; we are one.
My blues and bad moods, you rush to sway them.
Your love glows my heart like a thousand suns.
Keen you are in making me feel glee and zen.

I love me not at times, but you always do.
Glimmering stars I see in your sweet eyes,
Tenderness I feel when I look at you.
Your soft love is akin to paradise.

So fond of you I am, absolutely.
You're my soul, the beacon that lit my path.
I trust you, and I trust you blindly.
Precious to my soul you are; our time flies fast.

I wait for nothing except the moment
We sip from the cup where love is abundant.
