Glittery Memory Lane Poem by Rupashree Ray

Glittery Memory Lane

Rating: 5.0

Smattering memory embraces,
Residue submerged in traces.

Souls depart far and away,
Flesh and bone turn gray.

Giggles echo all around,
Faces can never be found.

Spirits alive and awake,
Sheer the emotion to flakes.

Bring a flash of joy,
That flickers away.

Gleams of grief,
Utter a Life's trip.

Time ambles, memory pales,
Stars embedded in memory lanes.

Twinkles away, yet moist the soul,
Glitters the memory lane in all.
