Gloom In My Heart-Room Poem by Mailrangam Visvanathan Venkataraman

Gloom In My Heart-Room

My heart is now full
With the worst sorrows
Still, life I sadly pull
And my sorrow grows

Fate gives severe hits
To batter my sad heart
My belief is torn to bits
As God does not comfort

Frustration comes to torture
No scope about any rescue
Heart has received rupture
God denies me my fair due

Agony is heaped by destiny
Losses arise like Sun-rise
I am back-stabbed by many
To end me, God simply tries

When to God I represented
His ears turned totally deaf
My appeals, He does resent
These sufferings are enough.
