Go gently into the good night
do not fear the the darkness
the abyss

Do not rage against the dying light
accept the warmth of inevitability

Rage! against your dying form
Fight against the shackles of the body
be strong in spirit
and do go gently into that good night

Do not accept it easily,
or frivolously tread towards it without cause
you'll know when
your spirit needs to be freed from the earthly cage
