It's pouring rain tonight
And you had a bad day
You feel defeated again
It never went your way
The sun set early today
The moon laughed too
And as the clouds came
There was nothing to do
Except, accept the defeat
Of your sad life in retreat
From those who hate you
From those wishing Death
To all your fanastic dreams.

But as there is a silver lining
In every dark cloud in the sky
Even if its just the stars above
Looking in behind dark clouds
Do yourself a favor as you cry
Have a good cry, and let it out
Go look in the mirror and stare
At yourself there, look deep too
And ask yourself, is there more?
Is there more that I can do here?
Tomorrow may not be here yet;
But instead of living with regrets
Get out of your 'ol stubborn head
And go lay down, in your 'ol bed.

Go to sleep, my Darling...
Welcome your Dreams again
Into a space where they grow
Water your mind's fertile thoughts
And think of all the good things
