going back to some
old poems written
years ago, i change
some words,
finding some
ways to make them
rhyme and taking in
another breathing
changing fonts
and graphics
and let the new
year pass unnoticed
rededicating them
for someone new
and lovely and caring
recycling, retitling,
reviving, revising
and so the year
may have passed
with a lesser pain.
