Gold Ferrari By The Cafe Poem by Aron Kurta

Gold Ferrari By The Cafe

I have a sheikh in the apartment
A gold Ferrari parks on the road
A traffic warden puts warning tickets
On the same Rolls-Royce every day
While I am sitting here with my thoughts far away

I have four weeks to dream a different life
Thought makes it hard
Since the truth is crystal cleared
In my simple mind

Opposite the Cafe
Where I get my free coffee
I don't understand them
They don't even know my name
I take the coffee every day
From now on I enjoy their sandwiches as well

It is a strange variety
Society
No place anymore for me
Thanks God you are watching and taking care of me
