Gone
You left so suddenly without a word
The room fell silent like a tomb
Tears down my face feel warm and salty
My heart aches while it bleeds inside
Your ghost haunts me day and night
I see you in the shadows so pale and strong
I reach out to touch you but you’re no longer there
Were you ever here?
