Gone Poem by nesha jennings

Gone

Rating: 4.5

Cold as ice
Numb like novacaine
No other love will ever feel the same
Turn a blind eye as she walks out the door
A shame you won't cry
Don't know what tears are for

Pretend you don't care
Vague empty stare
She's no longer there to stifle your air

She continues to love so she heal and move on
You refuse to give in
Your chance will soon be gone

The poem is so beautiful, sad and somber! A shame you won't cry Don't know what tears are for - Thoughts well conveyed. 'She continues to love so she heal and move on You refuse to give in Your chance will soon be gone' - Touchy!
