Gone Poem by Clark Bruce Wilson

Gone

You left my life
And I don't know why
The pain inside my keeps growing
As if my life is fading away

I should have turn around
I should have hold you longer
I should have told you how I truly felt
But now I lost that chance forever

My greatest loss watching you walk away
It tears me apart everyday

If I had one day to live
I'll choose to be with you one more time
I will

To see your beautiful face one more time
To hear your lovely voice one more time
To feel your body for just one more time
To be by your side one more time
But know you're gone

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I new this girl she was the most amazing and beautiful person in my life. I met her in high school when I joined the school band we both played the flute but she was a lot better than me. I only got to get to now her for only one year because I was a junior and she was a senior. But one day she left and I found out two months later that she left to a different state and my friendship with her grew dimmer with every day that pass. Only if I new she was leaving I would have told her how I felt that I would give my life to see her one more time.

Wow, this was amazing. There was so much emotion put into it, and I wanted to read more, but it was so well written. Great job! ^_^
