Gone With The Crows Poem by Dani Arrow

Gone With The Crows

Rating: 3.5

Where the black winds roar
All the way up to the shore
Forevermore
That's where I last saw her heart
On the night we had to part

Under bloodred skies
Where the black crow softly flies
Someone cries
As she crucified my mind
I let these shadows come alive

When they're setting fire
Throwing hearts onto the pyre
I get higher
You can see me toss and turn
I want to burn

I'll run to you
As soon as black has turned to blue
For it's true
With my back against the wall
I might just fall

Where she's gone? No one knows...
I think she's gone with the crows
