Every time I think of you I cry
Because I never wanted you to say good bye
When you left it hurt and my heart isn't the same
Of course you're to blame
I'm not the one who left, leaving me to cry
You've lately have been on my mind and I don't know why
Maybe it's your smile or maybe I just can't forget you
I really missed you and my heart is empty too
I've always waited for that one guy that's special and I found him
But now that you left my life has gotten dim
I guess you'll never come back for me
I'll have to face the facts; I can't have my tears washing away in the sea
I just have to forget you even though it hurts inside to do that
But it's for the best and I'm ready to say good bye
