Good Leader
A GOOD LEADER
is the imperfect one
who candidly accepts
what imperfections
are there,
always open to criticism
to embrace reforms
and improve services
to him arrogance is a
stranger
of unknown origin.
his honesty is too much
as he adores the goddesses
of truth and beauty.
Patient and enduring
concentrating on hard work
and perseverance
a good leader in the process
forgets himself.

Society is definitely lacking those, but I think it is good to know what one looks like none the less. Excellent poem.
