Since you left my side
Been way too long
Since you said goodbye
I've hoped and prayed
That you'd change your mind
But I know it's too late
So here's my goodbye.

Goodbye to my dreams
Of being with you
Goodbye to love
Everlasting and true
Goodbye to the one
Who means eveything to me
Goodbye to my heart
Which remains unseen
In the palm of your hand
