Goodbye Poem by Lucas Vincent Desmond

A wave and a look of goodbye,
No words are needed in a situation already known to them.
Already gone, as now all is needed is for them is to part,
To separate and look back on this gift they both need.
Waving the past goodbye
Waving away the memories of the once loved,
Their hearts bids her farewell and goodbye.
Walking away in a shattered mess,
With the memories that they have left behind.
And the thought of maybe one day there roads will meet again.
