Goodbye Father Time, Hello Death - Poem by Brynn Fier

Hello Father Time
Tick-Tock
Nice to meet you
May I see my clock?

Why has my clock stopped?
It is done

Silence has won

Hand holding the sicle
White as bone
Standing at my door
The three of us, alone

Good bye Father Time
Hello Death
Coins clink in your pocket
For the black waters of Lethe
