A storm raged through
A sky forever blue
What we saw before
We shall see no more
Lightning clashed with thunder
A flash lit up the sky
I saw it all through, one enormous eye
And from my rocky cave down under
I saw the world split
Making as I watch, one ginormous pit
The ground beneath my feet
Began to roll and shake
And in my mind I swear,
My soul began to quake
Not a lot lived here
Most who did died
And if not, grew fins, and escaped into the tide
My breed is all but dead
So let the final tear I've shed
Tell you natures won
Goodbye from the last, alive Iguanodon
