Gossip Poem by Nina gáspari

I hear them whisper
Trying to make their own words disappear
Sometimes I think they´re talking about me
But hey..what can I do?
Or..could they be talking about you?
I don´t mind..that´s life
You may please some and bother a few
That, I know..it sure ain´t new
They sit around to talk
I get up, and walk
They sit still
And remain the same old, same old
I walk past them
Look at the road ahead..and just go
Whenever they decide to take a look around
I´ll be long gone
And they…well..they´ll be none…
