Graduation Poem by Christopher Wu.

Graduation

The clock will never stop.
We’ll rise to the top.
Reminiscing about this till we grow old.
Stories will be told.

The years is almost over,
and I got to say everything happening is absurd.
These broken hearts at the end of the year,
It brings us tears.
These fights we have against our friends,
it’s gotta come to an end.
Ladies, and gentlemen; can’t you give each other a chance?
Maybe one dance?
It’ll stop those tears and brings some smiles.

Remember those time you spent with your friends.
Don’t say you don’t, don’t pretend.
You might hate each other now.
But think back and you’ll see how stupid it was and say “wow”.
Maybe an apology is needed.
But if they’re your friend they’ll accept it.

Now isn’t time to split.
Now isn’t time for some two-faced act.
Now isn’t time for hate,
neither the time to fight.
That’s right.
We’re graduating; let’s leave all that stuff behind us.

The countdown began last year on September 8th
We laughed, loved, and cried since; it’s only faith.
Now that we known each other for 1 to 2 year…
Why end it with some sad tears?
We should be with our friends, cherishing our last moments.
Having fun and laughing like kids.

As we graduate, we shall walk down with joy.
As we walk we shall smile.
But as we leave, we’ll cry
We’ll miss our friends
and reminisce about all the times we spend.
And let me say this for everyone.
“I’ll miss you my friends, I’ll love you all forever! ”
