G.R.E.E.N.E.R.Y. Poem by Denis Martindale

G.R.E.E.N.E.R.Y.

Getting angry at the cost
Regarding vines and weeds!
Extending branches, borders crossed!
Exploring chances? Which succeeds?
No way I'm paying every year,
Expecting next time there's no hitch,
Removing rubbish till it's clear?
You must think that I'm filthy rich!

Denis Martindale, for the 20th of December,2023.

I'm writing this after recently paying out a flipping fortune
to get the garden looking like a garden instead of a jungle.
