Grief And Sorrow Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Grief And Sorrow

He saw no moon, no stars aglow

No rainbow in the sky.

Blindness was real, life stood still

And oft' he wondered why...

Once he was free, his eyes could see

The blushing rose and the butterfly

But now he cries a river of tears

As the minutes and hours go by.
