Grocery Shopping Poem by Renee Waggoner

Grocery Shopping

Where is the best sale?
I want to have it in detail
I'll check the flyers in the mail

Make a list is what I need to do
So I'll know what I have to pursue
Without it I might forget the shampoo

How much should I spend today?
I'll look over the budget without delay
Then I'll be on my way

Inside the store
I start to explore
I want to buy more

Most things are easy to find
That saves time

A few things I have trouble obtaining
I don't have much time remaining

To the check out lane I will go
The cashier's name is Joe
They bag my groceries like a pro

I put the items away
I'm glad I'm done for the day
