At her birth Athena so skilled
The goddess of wisdom sprang
Directly from the head of Zeus-
Blessed by the goddess as such
Never an idiot box-
November 21 is being observed
As the World Television Day...!

Recollecting first memory-
Viewing, at that startling time
A black and white television set
Till today as form is taking shape
Enjoying the king buffet party-lines.

Out of didactic and cultural angles-
Shouldn't people believe in new era?
Realizing the role of TV in human life-
A fit techno-love story grooming ground!
