Guided Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Guided

Guided

Guiding someone was what she wanted.
She guided people wherever they were.
This guiding lit people's heart forever.
She guided in a way no one had ever seen.

Her nuance was her love of teaching.
Wherever she taught she loved it.
The students were from everywhere.
They came from anywhere.

I watched this woman do her work.
She never stopped doing what she did.
She never stopped a day in her life
Guiding anyone who needed her.

But one day, she needed much guidance
All day long for all the time.
Another one stopped her from falling.
Another one guided this one.
