Haiku - Hollywood Writers' Strike 2007

hollywood writers' strike
suddenly the bookstores make
more business

hollywood writers' strike
writers say their words
mean business

hollywood writers' strike
the director jokes; maybe we go bollywood
make movie with no script

hollywood writers' strike
go make your movies without script
writers tell studios

hollywood writers' strike
i do not want our words
taken for granted anymore, writer says
